Autumn Leaves

Autumn Leaves is a four-bedroom holiday retreat arranged over two storeys in Ilfracombe, sleeping six guests. The property is not suitable for very young children due to the steeply sloping garden and the considerable number of external steps, and no dogs are permitted. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.

The ground floor opens into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A wood burner with a starter pack of logs is available for cooler evenings, and a Smart TV, board games and books are provided for quieter nights in.

Bedroom layout is spread across a half landing and the first floor. The twin zip-and-link room on the half landing can be made up as a super-king on request and sits alongside a family bathroom with underfloor heating, a corner bath, shower and WC. On the first floor there is a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double and a single. A stairgate is available.

Outside, 25 steps lead up to the front patio with garden furniture; a second seating area lies beyond, and a further 30 steps reach a covered pond with a safety grill and a garden bench. The lawns and borders are steeply sloping, so care is needed. Bikes and surfboards can be stored in the garage. Parking is private for two cars, one inside the garage (maximum height 6 ft) and one outside, with additional on-street parking nearby.
