Stonelea

Stonelea is a reverse-level property sleeping six, arranged with all three bedrooms on the ground floor and the main living space upstairs. Two of the bedrooms, a super-king and a king, have en-suite shower rooms with bi-folding doors opening onto the rear garden, while the twin room can be converted to a super-king-size on request and includes a PlayStation 4. A separate family bathroom and a utility room complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has bi-fold doors leading to a balcony. The lounge has a wood burner, a Smart TV, Sky TV on the basic package, a sound bar and a Blu-ray player. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher and coffee machine, and the utility room houses a washing machine; a tumble dryer is kept in the beach hut outside.

Outside, the south-facing rear garden is enclosed and includes an outdoor dining table and chairs, a separate sofa for relaxing, and a gas BBQ. A lockable beach hut in the garden provides storage for bikes, surf boards, golf clubs and beach toys, and comes with a selection of beach equipment. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

The property sits close to Westward Ho, within walking distance of the beach, pubs and shops, and there is direct access to Royal North Devon Golf Club, where guests can use the bar and restaurant. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges possibly applying, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. Internet access is available throughout.
