Still Waters

Still Waters is a coastal cottage in Brixham, with unrestricted roadside parking and spectacular sea views. Oak flooring and soothing blue tones run through the ground floor, where a contemporary kitchen and utility room sit alongside a dining room and a sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove. A cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor.

Four bedrooms sleep 8 across three floors. The first floor holds a king-size room with an en-suite walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC, plus a double room, sharing a shower room with a walk-in and handheld shower. The second floor has a twin and a further double with its own en-suite walk-in shower.

An enclosed rear courtyard with furniture gives a sheltered spot for coffee and catches the sea breeze, while the second-floor balcony looks out over the harbour and Brixham's pastel-coloured houses. A fast electric car charging point is available to use free of charge if you can park outside the property.

A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and WiFi runs throughout the house via high-speed fibre broadband. Note that there are steps through the hallway and in the first-floor king-size en-suite. The shop is 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.5 miles. Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are welcome (confirm how many when booking).
