Stepcott Cottage

Stepcott Cottage sits within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants in Braunton, making it a practical base for a family or couples' break without needing the car for daily essentials. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The ground floor is open plan, with a living and dining area that has a sofa, armchair, Smart TV and a table for four, plus a gas-fuelled flame-effect stove for extra warmth. The kitchen has modern units, an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee machine. A separate utility room houses the washing machine along with storage for coats, shoes and beach or surfing gear.

Upstairs, bedroom one is a spacious super-king-size room with a built-in wardrobe and dressing area, while bedroom two is a twin with zip-and-link beds that can be converted to a king-size bed on request, also with a built-in wardrobe and dressing table. The single bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside, an enclosed patio with garden furniture leads to private parking for two cars, plus a storage area for bikes with space to hang wetsuits and board racks. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and beach towels are not provided so bring your own. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
