The property sleeps four across a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom, with a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath completing the sleeping arrangements upstairs.

Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area has glossy units, wood-panelled walls and a table with benches suited to shared meals, opening through to a lounge with a corner sofa and Smart TV. A downstairs WC adds convenience alongside the two upstairs bathrooms. Patio doors lead from the lounge out to the private courtyard, which is enclosed and furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining or an evening drink.

Parking is allocated for one car on site, and one dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Saunton Sands is around two miles away, with its wide sandy beach suited to swimming, surfing and windsurfing, and it also marks a starting point for the coast path. Saunton Golf Club lies 2.6 miles from the cottage, while the Tarka Trail cycle route is accessible two miles away for scenic off-road cycling. Closer to hand, a shop and pub sit just 200 metres from the front door.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and towels are included for the duration of your stay. Check-in is from 4pm, with departure required by 10am.
