St Anne's Manor

St Anne's Manor is a detached Victorian house set in more than three acres of grounds in Torquay, sleeping 10 across five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Electric gates open onto a sweeping driveway and a porticoed entrance, leading into a hallway beneath a glass-domed ceiling.

Downstairs, the drawing room has tall windows over the garden and a pool table, and the kitchen/diner is fitted with bespoke hand-painted units and a large dining table. A second kitchen adds extra capacity, and a private gym is available for guests aged 18 and over.

Upstairs, five bedrooms each have their own bathroom: four super-king-size rooms and a king-size room, with one of the super-king-size rooms also holding an additional single bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a bath, walk-in shower and twin basins, and the other bedrooms have their own shower or bath.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a patio, lawn, decking, a fire pit and a barbecue, along with a private hot tub. The hot tub is unsuitable for children under 10, and all children under 18 must be supervised around it at all times. An outdoor kitchen is also available in settled, dry weather.

Off-road parking is provided for four cars, and one well-behaved dog is welcome, as long as it is not left unattended at the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. The shop is around 0.5 miles away, the pub 0.6 miles and the beach 1.2 miles.
