Palm Villa

Palm Villa is a Victorian townhouse in Torquay, close enough to the shop, pub and harbour that a bus stop sits right outside the door. Recently renovated, the house sleeps 10 across five bedrooms, with a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children, and the layout is built around gathering as a group.

One king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room is on the ground floor, useful for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. Upstairs, three further king-size bedrooms each have their own en-suite shower, basin and WC, and a bunk room with its own TV suits younger guests. A cloakroom with basin and WC serves the ground floor.

The sitting room has a gas fire, Smart TV and board games for evenings in, while the kitchen/diner is fitted with a double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Gas central heating covers the house, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Outside, the enclosed courtyard garden has a patio, lawn and seating.

Roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there's a bus stop right outside for getting into town without a car. The shop and pub are around 0.1 miles away and the beach about 0.5 miles. Palm Villa does not accept pets or smoking, and a housekeeping bond applies to the booking.
