11 Magdalene Road

11 Magdalene Road is a terraced house close to the centre of Torquay, sleeping 10 across five bedrooms and two bathrooms. A ground-floor king-size bedroom sits alongside a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and separate WC. Torre Abbey, the Princess Theatre and Torquay Museum are all a short walk from the house, and the seafront is close by too.

Upstairs are three further double bedrooms and a bunk room, served by a bathroom with a bath, basin, heated towel rail and separate WC. The open-plan living space downstairs combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas around a multi-fuel stove, with a separate utility room.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Gas central heating covers the house, and there's a Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi throughout. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

An enclosed rear courtyard with furniture sits behind the house. Parking is on the road on a first-come, first-served basis, with further spaces in a nearby car park.

11 Magdalene Road is pet-friendly, and smoking isn't permitted. The shop is around 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles, and the beach about 1.6 miles.
