This townhouse in Ilfracombe is arranged over three floors and sleeps up to nine guests across five bedrooms. A long hallway on the ground floor opens into an open-plan lounge and dining area, with a Smart TV, wood burner and sofas for evenings in, plus a dining table for family meals and a small desk space nearby. The kitchen is well equipped, with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine, and includes a small breakfast bar.

The second floor holds a contemporary family bathroom, a twin bedroom, and the master king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and WC. Up on the third floor are two further double bedrooms and a single bedroom, with a second Smart TV in the snug room on this level. In total there are two bathrooms serving the five bedrooms: the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and the master en-suite.

Outside, a small decked courtyard offers an enclosed private space for sitting out, furnished with a bistro set. Parking is on-street and subject to availability rather than guaranteed on site, so arriving guests should plan accordingly. A wood burner is provided with one basket of logs included, useful for cooler evenings.

Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, making this a workable base for larger family groups travelling with pets. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. The property sits close to Wildersmouth Beach and the town's shops, pubs, cafes and galleries, with the seafront within easy walking distance.
