Spicery Barn Loft is a single-storey apartment reached up a short flight of steps, set in a rural spot near Tedburn St Mary, Devon. It's an adults-only property, sleeping 2 in one double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, basin, heated towel rail and WC, suited to a couple's break.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with ice box, a washing machine and a breakfast bar for quick meals. The adjoining sitting room has a Smart TV and WiFi, and electric central heating covers the apartment, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a lawn and a patio with furniture, plus a private hot tub for evenings in the open air. A private driveway gives parking for 2 cars, useful for a couple travelling with two vehicles.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Steps lead up to the apartment from the parking area. The village shop, The Village Store, and the pub, The King's Arms Inn, are both about 1.5 miles away, with Dartmoor National Park around 3 miles and Exeter roughly 7.5 miles by road.
