Church View - Tedburn St. Mary

Church View is a character cottage in Tedburn St Mary, a village with a pub 45 metres from the door and a shop 90 metres away. It sleeps four guests across two bedrooms: a king-size room and a twin room. Note that beamed ceilings restrict head height in some areas of the cottage.

The kitchen/diner features an exposed beamed wall and a dining table for four. A small table for two in the lounge suits informal meals or family games, and a wood burner keeps the room warm on cooler evenings with the first set of logs supplied. A downstairs WC and utility room with washing machine and dishwasher complete the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, sandwich maker and Nespresso machine. A Smart TV and DAB radio are in the lounge.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom includes a vanity desk. The family bathroom, reached across the hallway up a couple of steps, has a bath, a separate walk-in shower and a WC. The twin bedroom completes the upper floor.

The enclosed lawned garden has seating and countryside views. Parking for two cars is available on-site. One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
