Boutique Lodge

Boutique Lodge stands in the village of Cheriton Bishop, within reach of Tedburn St Mary, and is built on a single storey throughout. Steps lead up to the property, so it's worth planning for if anyone in your group finds steps difficult, and there's occasional road noise to be aware of. Inside, an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area forms the main living space, warmed by an electric fire in the evenings.

The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, and the twin room is served by a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, so the lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a TV.

The kitchen is fitted with a double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and an air fryer, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi in the sitting area. Heating, fuel, power and bed linen are included in the rent, and an on-site cafe is available for those who'd rather not cook every day.

Outside, an enclosed wraparound decking area has furniture and a barbecue, a spot for morning coffee or alfresco dining. Off-road parking is designated for one car, and the shop is around 0.6 miles away with a pub roughly 0.5 miles. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted.
