Little Folley

Little Folley is a single-storey lodge at Whitestone, a short drive from Tedburn St Mary and within reach of Exeter. Everything sits on one level, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area leading through to the double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave and fridge, and the sitting area has a TV and WiFi alongside a coffee machine, a DAB radio, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Off-road parking is provided for one car right outside the door, with gas central heating keeping the lodge warm.

Outside, the garden combines a patio and a gravelled area, with furniture, a fire pit and grill, and a hot tub. Guests can sink into the hot tub as daylight fades, sharing a drink outdoors, before heading back indoors to freshen up beneath the walk-in shower.

Little Folley welcomes one well-behaved pet and is no smoking throughout. The shop is 2.7 miles away and the pub 1.6 miles, with Dartmoor National Park around 3 miles further on and Exeter within easy reach for a day out among the cathedral and quayside. Fuel and power for the lodge are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels for the stay.
