Southills Cottage is a one-bedroom barn conversion set in its own courtyard near Cornworthy, a historic village known for the stone quarries that supplied Dartmouth and Kingswear Castles. The property sleeps 2 guests in a double bedroom positioned on the mezzanine level, though part of the upstairs has a low ceiling height in the eaves. A family bathroom with shower over the bath is located on the ground floor.

The ground floor contains an open-plan living and dining area with picture windows and patio doors overlooking the garden. Two chairs face a wood burner (logs not provided), whilst a farmhouse table sits in a separate dining space. The compact kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cafetiere and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A washing machine is housed in an understairs utility cupboard.

Upstairs, the mezzanine level features a second living room with a leather sofa and rocking chair, offering panoramic countryside views through a wooden balustrade. An enclosed lawned garden with mature landscaped borders provides a private space for outdoor dining and relaxation, with far-reaching countryside views. Private parking for 1 car is available on site.
