Gitcombe Coach House

Gitcombe Coach House sits within the Gitcombe Estate near Cornworthy, a short drive from Totnes. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a king-size room and a twin fitted with two 2'6" beds, served by one bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The open-plan living space brings together the kitchen, dining and sitting areas around a woodburning stove, a focal point for evenings in after a day exploring the surrounding countryside. The kitchen has an AGA oven and hob as well as an electric oven and hob, plus a fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The wider Gitcombe Estate, where the coach house is one of several holiday homes, includes shared indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, tennis court and a children's adventure playground for guests to use. Totnes is within easy reach for shops, cafes and riverside walks, and the shop is 4.2 miles away with the pub at 2.2 miles.

Gitcombe Coach House doesn't accept pets, and smoking isn't permitted. It can also be booked together with several neighbouring properties on the estate for a larger group.
