South Holm

South Holm is a cottage in the village of Moreleigh, with Woodleigh the nearest listed destination. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor, and the living/dining room looks out over rolling countryside towards Torbay.

One ground-floor king-size bedroom opens through doors onto the terrace, and a second ground-floor king-size bedroom can be made up as twin beds on request; both share a shower room with a heated towel rail. Upstairs, a double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The open-plan living/dining room seats six at the table, and the kitchen has a combi microwave/oven, two-ring induction hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, along with a kettle and toaster. Outside, an enclosed front patio holds an outdoor kitchen area with a gas barbecue and pizza oven, using frozen dough kept in the freezer, and a separate enclosed side garden has a lawn and further patio space.

South Holm takes two well-behaved pets, with more considered by arrangement, and the property is no smoking throughout. Off-road parking is available, and the nearest shop is 1.2 miles away with a pub just 0.1 mile, so an evening meal out doesn't need a car.
