Large French doors in the open-plan sitting and dining area frame those views directly, and a wood burner with a first basket of logs supplied gives the room a practical focal point for cooler evenings. A Smart TV and a dining table large enough for the whole group complete the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. A separate utility room off the rear entrance holds a washing machine and tumble dryer, with a shower room alongside it, handy for rinsing off after a day out. The nearest shop and pub are around half a mile away, and the beach is roughly a mile and a half from the door. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
