Combe View

Combe View is a three-storey holiday home in Ilfracombe, with sea views from several rooms. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and welcomes two well-behaved dogs.

A lower-ground-floor king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a shower, basin, electric towel rail and WC, and opens onto a kitchenette with a sofa and TV. Up on the first floor, a second king-size room has a private shower room with no WC, and two twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a freestanding bath, a hand-held shower, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The ground floor holds the main kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a log burner. Outside, a multi-level enclosed garden runs to a patio, decking, a lawn and a hot tub, reached from the lower-ground bedroom and sitting room. The lower-ground kitchenette has a washer/dryer, and the main kitchen has an electric range oven, a gas hob, two fridge/freezers and a dishwasher. A travel cot and highchair are both available.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Combe View. Designated off-road parking is provided for one small or medium car, with further free roadside parking nearby. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop, pub and beach are all under half a mile away.
