The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, plus a dining table and breakfast bar for smaller numbers. Steep, cottage-style stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms: a double with sea views and a Smart TV, and a single, also with a Smart TV. A second family shower room with WC serves this floor. Some areas have restricted head height due to the age and style of the building. The king-size master bedroom occupies the second and top floor on its own, with a Smart TV and access to a private roof terrace with seating. All three bedrooms have Smart TVs, though only Netflix is available on the top-floor set.

Outside, a small glass-fronted terrace at the front has a bench, while a secluded seating area at the back holds a bistro set for meals outdoors. There is no private parking, but unallocated on-street parking is available in the surrounding residential streets and nearby public car parks, both subject to local charges. Wifi is provided, and dogs are not permitted. The beach, shops and a pub are within a mile of the property.
