Captains Cottage

Captains Cottage sits in the heart of Brixham, with sea and estuary views and exposed stonework throughout. It sleeps 5 across three upstairs bedrooms: a king-size and a single, both with sea views, and a double, all served by a single family bathroom with a bath and shower over. 15 steps lead up to the entrance, and the stairs inside are steep and narrow.

The sitting room has a woodburning stove, two sofas, a Smart TV, a gaming console and a selection of board games. The kitchen and dining room is fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, and the utility room holds a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. A cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor, along with superfast WiFi throughout.

Outside, an enclosed front garden has a seating area with sea views, a spot for dining outside or watching the sunset.

There is no dedicated parking at the cottage; parking is on the road, first come, first served. Well-behaved pets are welcome (confirm how many when booking); a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. The cottage is strictly no smoking. The shop is around 0.2 miles away, the pub around 0.1 miles, the beach around 0.5 miles, and the river around 1.1 miles.
