3 Pebble Cottage

3 Pebble Cottage is a three-storey house a few streets back from Brixham's marina, arranged over three floors and reached by a steep, narrow staircase. It sleeps 5: a super king-size bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower room on the first floor, which can be made up as a twin on request, a single bedroom on the same floor sharing a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail, and a second-floor king-size bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a Smart TV. There is no door between the super king-size bedroom and its en-suite.

The ground floor holds a living and dining room with a woodburning stove, where guests bring their own wood and firelighters, and a kitchen fitted with a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Gas central heating with underfloor heating covers the cottage, three Smart TVs and WiFi are provided, and a highchair is kept under the stairs, though guests need to bring their own travel cot.

Outside, a private off-road parking space sits right by the front door, and a stable door leads out to a small coffee spot and an enclosed shared courtyard with a patio and furniture. A further shared raised patio area is reached by steps at the rear.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and the cottage is strictly no smoking. The narrow, steep stairs mean it doesn't suit guests with limited mobility, and parents of young children should take care on them. The shop is around 0.3 miles away, the pub and harbour around 0.2 miles, and the beach around 0.7 miles. A minimum stay of 6 nights applies during the peak period.
