Gull Haven

Gull Haven sits above Brixham harbour and marina, with the middle floor given over to the main living space. The lounge/diner has two large picture windows framing the harbour, comfortable seating, a Smart TV and an extending dining table, while the adjoining kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave and fridge, plus a separate utility cupboard housing the freezer.

Stairs lead down to two of the three bedrooms, a twin and a single, both with harbour views, sharing a bathroom with a shower-over-bath and WC. The top floor holds the master bedroom in the former attic, a dual-aspect double room with views to the harbour and the breakwater and a seating area by the window, served by its own en-suite bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC.

The property sleeps five across its three bedrooms and suits families or groups happy with stairs between floors, since the layout spans three levels. Wi-Fi is included, along with bed linen, towels, and electric and heating costs.

Parking is limited to one off-road space for a small car at the front of the property, though larger cars can use nearby unrestricted roadside parking instead. Dogs are not permitted. Seafront, pubs, shops, beaches and coastal walks are all within walking distance, making this a practical base for exploring the harbour town on foot.
