Six Tors - Lynmouth

Six Tors sits in the heart of Lynmouth, a three-storey cottage sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Two super-king rooms look out over the River Lyn, and two zip-and-link twins can be converted to king-size beds on request. All bedrooms are on the first and second floors. The three shower rooms include a ground-floor shower room with WC beside the utility room, a walk-in shower room with twin sinks on the first floor, and an en-suite with walk-in shower on the top floor; a further separate WC is also on the top floor.

The ground floor opens into a lounge with generous sofas, a wood burner and a Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has a range cooker with induction hob, dishwasher and built-in microwave; patio doors connect the dining space directly to the courtyard. A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The balcony is not currently in use.

The fully enclosed courtyard is reached through the side gates at the back of the property. Patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ make it a practical space for an evening meal outside. Public car parks are within 500 metres; there is no private parking at the cottage. No dogs are permitted.

Pubs and shops are around 50 metres away, and a beach is approximately 200 metres from the door. The water-powered Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway is within easy walking distance, and North Devon beaches at Croyde, Saunton, Woolacombe and Putsborough are all within 24 miles for those keen on surfing or a day by the coast.
