Myrtle Cottage

Myrtle Cottage stands in Lynmouth, a short walk from the shop, pub and beach. The sitting room is built around a woodburning stove, a natural gathering spot after a day on the coast, and the kitchen/diner has room for family meals before or after a day out exploring the surrounding Exmoor coastline.

Three bedrooms sleep 6 in total: a super-king-size that can convert to a twin on request, a further king-size room and a twin room. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves all three, ideal for washing off a day's coastal walking.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer, and two Smart TVs plus WiFi cover the sitting room and bedrooms. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

An enclosed courtyard with furniture gives a spot to sit outside with a morning coffee before setting off for the day. Permit parking is available outside the property at an additional cost. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and the cottage is no smoking.

Lynmouth sits directly on the coast at the foot of the Exmoor hills, with the water-powered cliff railway linking it to neighbouring Lynton close by. Minehead is around 17 miles away and Ilfracombe around 19 miles, both within easy reach for a day out along the coast.
