Rose Cottage - Lynmouth

Rose Cottage sits at sea level in the centre of Lynmouth, with the harbour, beach, shops, cafes and a pub or restaurant all within 200 metres. Renovated in 2022, it sleeps six across three bedrooms and suits families or groups wanting to explore the village without the steep climbs the area is known for.

The master king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room and looks out over the river. A second king-size room and a double share a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, plus there is a separate WC. The lounge has a Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a wood burner, with the first basket of logs supplied. The kitchen comes with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and there is a utility space with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, a private riverside terrace has outdoor furniture and a BBQ, set within an enclosed garden. Internet access is provided throughout the cottage. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, useful for families travelling with young children.

Parking is not guaranteed at the door: a permit allows use of marked zones along the road (subject to availability, residents-only directly outside), or guests can use a public car park a short walk away. The owners reimburse parking fees for up to two cars on production of a receipt. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
