Lynmouth View

Lynmouth View is a single-storey house set in Lynmouth, reached by a sloping pathway and several steps from the road, and there are four internal steps despite the whole property being on one level. Sea views reach across the village from the decking at the back, where a furniture set seats the group for meals outdoors. The house sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The king-size bedroom has its own TV and an en-suite shower, basin and WC. A twin room and a single room with a pull-out trundle bed share the family bathroom, which has a bath and a shower over. The sitting room holds an electric fire, a large L-shaped sofa and a 54-inch Smart TV with a selection of DVDs.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, an air fryer, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher. WiFi, a connectable DAB radio and Alexa cover the property, and oil central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent. There is no washing machine on site, though a full-service launderette in nearby Lynton opens seven days a week.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. A stay here needs a minimum of 3 nights and cannot begin on a Sunday, and smoking is not permitted. Roadside parking may be available close by, and a village car park sits around 400 yards off, where weekly permits can be bought at the Tourist Information Office.
