Simples

Simples occupies the first floor of a building close to the waterfront in Dartmouth, reached by a steep flight of stairs from the street door. The apartment sleeps 4 across a king-size bedroom and a double bedroom, both with their own television.

The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting room together, with a Smart TV that has Freesat and Blu-ray built in. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment, plenty of worktop space, and a dining table for meals in. A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail serves the flat.

Steps lead down from the living space to a rear enclosed decking and gravelled garden, fitted with furniture and a BBQ, a good spot to sit out with a coffee. There is no parking at the apartment itself; an annual permit is provided instead for the Mayors Avenue public car park, about a 10 minute walk away and subject to space, though it is normally closed during Dartmouth Regatta week.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, one per booking, at an additional weekly charge, and smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are both within 0.1 miles.
