Silver Birches

Silver Birches is a contemporary new-build on the edge of Westward Ho, sleeping six across three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so there is no sharing between guests. Two rooms have king-size beds and the third is a twin; the king-size ground-floor bedroom is served by a walk-in shower room on the same level, and both first-floor bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Underfloor heating runs throughout the ground floor.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is the heart of the property. A corner sofa and French doors that open to the garden give the room an easy flow, while the kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. A utility room off the main space houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and connects to the private garage, where a ping-pong table and secure bike storage are available.

Outside, the fully enclosed garden has a lawn and patio with garden furniture. Two cars can park on the driveway, and a basic non-tethered EV charging unit with a universal socket is available in the garage. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are all available on request.

The village pub and a shop are within half a mile, and the beach is one mile away. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is by 10:00.
