Sherway Shippen is a mid-terrace cottage on a working farm near Clyst Hydon, with off-road parking for 2 cars and exceptional countryside views. The cottage sleeps 4 across two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and is part of a small group of three cottages on the same farm.

Both bedrooms have a TV with Freeview and their own en-suite, each with a choice of a bath or a shower, plus a basin and WC and ample storage. A cloakroom with a WC and basin completes the ground floor.

The open-plan living space has a Smart TV with Freeview and plush seating, with an armchair for lazy mornings and evenings in. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, with meals taken at the dining table. WiFi covers the property, and central heating runs throughout.

Outside, a non-enclosed front garden has a patio, a graveled area, furniture and a private hot tub, a good spot to unwind after a day exploring the Culm Valley. Sherway Shippen cannot accept pets, as the farm keeps sheep, and is no smoking throughout. The shop is 3.2 miles away and the pub 1 mile; the laundry room is shared with the two neighbouring cottages on the farm.
