Sherway Coach House

Sherway Coach House is a cottage on a working farm near Clyst Hydon, surrounded by countryside and farm animals, with off-road parking for 3 cars. The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and is part of a small group of three cottages on the same farm.

The largest bedroom has a super king-size bed, a wide window over the fields and an en-suite with a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower, plus a basin, heated towel rail and WC. The other two bedrooms each have a king-size bed, a dressing area and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A cloakroom with a WC and basin completes the ground floor, and the bed configuration in each room cannot be altered.

The open-plan living space has plush seating, a Smart TV and a selection of DVDs and board games, with further Smart TVs in each bedroom. The kitchen is fitted with an electric range oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and WiFi and central heating cover the property.

Outside, a non-enclosed front garden has a patio, a graveled area, furniture and a private hot tub with rural views. Sherway Coach House does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. The shop is 3.2 miles away and the pub 1 mile, and the laundry room is shared with the two neighbouring cottages on the farm.
