Pipistrelle Lodge

Pipistrelle Lodge sits in the small village of Plymtree, a short drive from Clyst Hydon, and is a semi-detached cottage attached to the owner's bungalow but run as a completely private let. Everything is arranged on one level, with a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a gas fire, all within a large garden.

The bedroom has a super king-size double bed that can be set up as a zip/link twin on request, and the shower room next to it has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The sitting room's dining area opens onto a patio with furniture, and beyond it guests have shared use of a garden with a pond, a quiet spot to sit outside.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and the sitting room has a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books and games for evenings in. Heating runs on biomass, backed up by the gas fire in the sitting room, and fuel and power are included in the rent along with bed linen and towels.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car outside the cottage. A shop and a pub are around 5 minutes' walk away in the village. No pets are allowed at Pipistrelle Lodge, and the property is no smoking throughout, inside and out.
