Sherway Dairy

Sherway Dairy is a single-storey cottage at Sherway Farm on the outskirts of Clyst Hydon, near Bradninch, with views towards Killerton and Ashclyst Forest. It sleeps 2 in a single king-size bedroom, and comes with its own hot tub in the front garden. The cottage is entered through a stable door, and can also be booked together with the farm's two other cottages for larger groups.

The bedroom has an en-suite with a freestanding bath, handheld shower, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, plus a TV. Entry to the cottage is via steps at the front, with a flat-level entrance also available at the back.

The gallery kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with a kettle and toaster. The living/dining room has a Smart TV, a second TV, DVDs, books and games, and a picture window looking out over the countryside. Electric heating covers the cottage, and fuel and power are included in the rent.

Outside, the non-enclosed front garden has gravel, furniture and the hot tub. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car. No pets are accepted, because the farm keeps sheep, and the cottage is no smoking. The laundry room is shared with the two other cottages on the farm, and the village pub is around 1 mile away.
