SeaSound occupies the second floor of a converted building above Ilfracombe, reached by around 42 internal stairs, so it suits guests happy with a climb rather than anyone with limited mobility. A large bay window in the open-plan living area frames sea views over the cliffs, with a corner sofa, Smart TV and a dining table for four.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, while the second bedroom is a zip-link twin that can be made up as a super king. A separate family bathroom has both a bath and a shower over it, and the apartment sleeps 4 in total.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, with gas central heating and both fuel and power included in the rent. Digital TV, BT TV with Chromecast and WiFi cover evenings in, and a small balcony comes furnished for sitting out.

Parking is available on the streets surrounding the property, with details sent ahead of arrival and the onsite manager on hand to help; seasonal parking charges may apply. A cot and highchair are available, but SeaSound does not take pets and is no smoking throughout.
