Seasiders

Seasiders occupies the third floor of the Granville Point development in Ilfracombe, reached by lift or stairs, with uninterrupted sea views from the open-plan living area. Patio doors lead from the sitting room onto one of two balconies, and on a clear day the Welsh coastline is visible across the water.

The living area is finished to a high standard, with a dining table for meals in and a well-fitted kitchen close at hand. The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and doors onto the balcony, while the twin bedroom has a TV of its own. A further bathroom with bath and shower serves the rest of the apartment, and there's a separate utility room alongside the kitchen. The apartment sleeps 4 across the two bedrooms.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and the living area has a TV with Freeview, DVD player and DAB/CD alongside WiFi. Underfloor heating covers the apartment, with fuel and power included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and a returnable housekeeping bond applies to the booking.

Parking for 1 car is allocated within a gated, secure car park. No pets are permitted and smoking is not allowed, and changeover day is Saturday. The shop, pub and beach are all around a mile away, with the town's Tunnels Beaches a five-minute walk downhill and its tidal rock pools popular with children.
