Seashell Sands

Seashell Sands is a cottage on the outskirts of the fishing village of Appledore, on the North Devon coast. The property sleeps 2 in a single, tastefully decorated double bedroom, with a bathroom close by for freshening up before heading out.

Downstairs, a spacious lounge diner has French doors opening onto a private patio and an enclosed rear garden with a gravel area and furniture, a good spot for a drink in the sunshine. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave, and the dining table sits within the living/dining room.

A ground-floor cloakroom sits off the hall, and a Smart TV, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books and magazines cover evenings in. Gas central heating runs throughout. Private driveway parking is provided for 1 car, and a garage is available for storing surf boards and bicycles. EV charging is not permitted at this property.

Seashell Sands does not take pets, and smoking is not permitted; stag, hen and similar parties are not accepted either. The shop, pub and beach are all within a mile, and Appledore's quay and its shipbuilding history are close by on foot.
