Apple Tree Cottage

Apple Tree Cottage is a one-bedroom cottage in Appledore's 'Village in a Village', a cluster of cottages set around a shared courtyard in the heart of Appledore. It sleeps 2, and up to two well-behaved pets are welcome. The cottage can also be booked alongside three sister cottages nearby, together sleeping up to 18 guests for a larger family gathering.

The kitchen/diner sits on the ground floor, fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Upstairs, the first-floor sitting room has a Smart TV, a selection of books, and patio doors opening onto a private balcony with furniture.

The double bedroom has its own TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Guests also have use of a non-enclosed communal garden with furniture, shared with the other Village in a Village cottages. There is no dedicated parking, though on-road parking and a chargeable public car park are close by. Smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub and river 0.1 miles, and the beach 2.1 miles, with eateries such as The Flame Factory and The Beaver Inn nearby.
