Seascape (Dartmouth)

Seascape is a Victorian terraced house in Dartmouth, reached up a steep and narrow access road in Above Town, with steps down to the town centre. The first-floor bedroom looks out across and out to sea, while the sitting room takes in views of the River Dart, and the town's boutiques, restaurants and tea rooms are about five minutes' walk away.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a bay window seat and a door onto a small balcony, and shares the family bathroom, which has a bath, a shower over, a basin, a WC and a heated towel rail. A second king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with the same fittings. Seascape sleeps 4, and a single bed, a travel cot and a highchair can all be provided on request.

Gas-fired central heating and underfloor heating run through the house, alongside a gas fire in the sitting room. The kitchen has a halogen hob, an oven and grill, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave, and Smart TVs are fitted in both the lounge and a bedroom, with WiFi throughout. A spacious terrace at the front has a table and chairs looking out over the view.

Seascape takes one well-behaved dog and is strictly no smoking. There's no parking at the house itself; an annual permit for one car at Mayors Avenue Car Park is provided instead. From 25 May to 1 September the permit only allows parking between 3pm and 10am, with no time restriction for the rest of the year, and the car park closes entirely during Regatta Week. A shop and pub are both under a mile away.
