Seaquel

Seaquel is a semi-detached reverse-level house in Westward Ho!, sharing a private path to the beach and looking out to sea towards Lundy Island. It sleeps 4, with maximum occupancy fixed at 4 guests and no room for a cot. Bed linen and towels are included, with fuel and power covered in the rent.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king-size with an en-suite shower room and French doors onto the rear patio, and a twin with its own en-suite shower room. A light-filled hallway connects the two, and both en-suites have a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Upstairs, the open-plan living space has patio doors framing the views straight out to sea, an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen, a formal dining table for the household, and a balcony for evening drinks as the sun sets over Lundy Island.

Off-road parking covers two cars, and a rear enclosed garden has a patio area and lawn. Seaquel does not accept dogs or any other pets, and is no smoking throughout. The property takes holiday bookings only, and Westward Ho!'s fish and chip shops and waterside restaurants serving Thai, Italian and traditional cuisine are close by in the village.
