Seafever

Seafever is a top-floor apartment close to Ilfracombe, sleeping up to four guests across two bedrooms. Access is via two short, wide flights of stairs to the penthouse level, and there is no lift, so this may not suit guests who find stairs difficult. From here it's a walk down to the Victorian harbour, with the option of fish and chips on the sandy beach or a boat trip along the coastline to look for dolphins.

Inside, an open-plan lounge and kitchen forms the main living space, with a Smart TV and a Juliet balcony giving views out from the lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. A single bathroom serves the apartment, fitted with a shower over the bath and a WC.

The two bedrooms comprise a king-size room and a twin zip-and-link room, the latter able to be converted into a super king bed on request. A travel cot is available on request, making the apartment workable for families travelling with a young child alongside older guests or friends.

One allocated parking space is provided in front of the apartment block, covering a single car. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Pubs, shops and the beach are all within a mile of the property. Woolacombe beach, with its three miles of sand popular with surfers, lies around five miles away, while the South West Coast Path runs close by for walkers. Exmoor National Park is roughly eleven miles from the apartment. Arrival is from 3pm and departure before 10am, and the property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
