Seacroft

Seacroft is a contemporary house in Wellswood, a suburb of Torquay, tucked at the end of a private drive overlooking Torbay. It's attached to the owner's own home, with a non-enclosed terrace that has furniture and sea views over the bay towards Paignton and Brixham. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, with unrestricted roadside parking as well.

The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, each with a Smart TV: a ground-floor king-size room that opens directly onto the terrace, a first-floor king-size room with its own balcony and an en-suite walk-in shower, and a first-floor twin room with an en-suite freestanding bath and walk-in shower. A separate ground-floor shower room has a washing machine, and a study area at the top of the stairs offers a quiet spot to work.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen with an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine chiller, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and WiFi is included, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels all covered in the rent. A highchair is available on request at the time of booking.

Smoking is not permitted, and guests need to bring their own beach towels. The shop and pub are both around 0.6 miles away, and the beach is around a mile.
