A family-size dining table seats six, and the living area has a Smart TV, PlayStation and Blu-Ray player for evenings in.

The kitchen is equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and provides extra storage space, useful given the apartment sleeps a full six guests across its three bedrooms.

Sleeping arrangements comprise a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room plus a separate WC on the landing. All three bedrooms lead off the hallway from the main living space, keeping the layout straightforward for a group or family sharing the apartment.
