Sea Ridge

Sea Ridge has a carport for two cars behind its enclosed garden, a useful arrangement for six guests sharing a house in Ilfracombe. The pub and shop are 100 metres away and the beach 400 metres. Two dogs are accepted, with possible extra charges, so the outdoor space is relevant to more than summer meals.

Steps lead down into the house. The front lounge has seating and a TV, while the kitchen and dining room is further along the hall. Six people can sit at the dining table. Cooking equipment includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, with a washing machine also provided.

All three bedrooms are upstairs: two king-size rooms and a twin. There is a shower room on each floor. One includes a WC, and the upstairs arrangement has a separate WC alongside the shower room. A travel cot and highchair can be requested for younger guests. The change of level at the entrance and stairs to every bedroom are worth considering when choosing the house.

The cottage garden has a lawn and outdoor dining furniture. Ilfracombe Aquarium is half a mile away, and Tunnels Beaches a mile, giving you options for outings from town. After a day out, the separate lounge and kitchen provide two places for the group to spend time. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
