Sea Nest (autism-friendly)

Sea Nest is a reverse-level apartment set over the first and second floors of a building close to the centre of Torquay, a short walk from the shops and the beach. The entrance is reached by climbing to the first floor, where the bedrooms are found.

The two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin with its own TV, share a bathroom with a bath, a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail and a WC. The twin can be made up as a super-king if requested at least 7 days before arrival.

The open-plan living space on the first floor holds the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a sofa bed that brings the property's total sleeping capacity to 6, and a 65-inch Smart TV. Up on the second floor, a rooftop terrace has artificial grass, integrated lighting and furniture, a spot for an evening drink or to catch some sun.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and there's a washing machine and WiFi throughout. Gas central heating covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A travel cot with its own mattress is provided, and guests can also request a complimentary in-room sensory support package for neurodivergent family members, arranged in advance when booking.

Sea Nest doesn't accept pets, and smoking isn't permitted anywhere on the property. The shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away.
