Sea Haven is a duplex apartment sleeping up to six guests, positioned close to the sea wall at Westward Ho, with the sandy beach within easy reach on foot. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner runs the width of the property behind floor-to-ceiling windows, giving the living space a strong sea outlook. The lounge area has a corner sofa, armchair and a Smart TV with DVD player, while the dining table seats six.

The ground floor holds a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, bath, shower and WC, plus direct access to the balcony overlooking the water. A separate WC sits off the hallway on this level. Upstairs are a second king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin room, both served by a further bathroom with bath and WC on the same floor. A utility room upstairs houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Outside, a large patio balcony has a table, swing chair and corner sofa, with views reaching across to Lundy Island. Parking is provided for two cars, split between an above-ground space at the building and a space in the underground car park.

Families travelling with young children can request a travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Internet access is available, and with three bathrooms across the two floors, the layout suits a group wanting some separation between bedrooms.
