Sea Campion

Sea Campion is a ground-floor cottage in Thurlestone, with both bedrooms, the shower room and the open-plan living space all on one level. The two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, share a shower room with a shower, basin and WC.

The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with two sofas and a TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle, and there's a selection of books, games and WiFi throughout. Oil central heating covers the cottage.

To the front, a lawned garden and a private patio with furniture look out over the sea. Guests also have access to facilities shared with the other holiday lets nearby: an indoor heated swimming pool, available year round, an adult sauna with set hours and some child restrictions, and a games room with table tennis, a coin-operated pool table and toddlers' toys. A coin-operated laundry is also in the games building.

Sea Campion takes two small, well-behaved pets, and parking is provided for two cars. Smoking isn't permitted anywhere on the property. The shop is around 2.6 miles away and the pub about 2.4 miles.
