West Delvers

West Delvers is a 1930s property set in Thurlestone, a quiet South Devon village with a shop and a pub within walking distance, along with a golf course and two beaches. The house sleeps four across two bedrooms and sits close enough to the coast that the beach is a short walk away.

Inside, the lounge seats four and has a Smart TV, leading through to a light-filled kitchen/diner where large sliding doors open onto a decked seating area overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, while a separate utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a ground-floor WC, useful for arrivals straight from the beach.

Upstairs, the double bedroom and the twin room both look out over the sea, and the two bathrooms are split between one with a mixer shower and WC and another with a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Wi-Fi is included throughout, along with electric and central heating, and linen, towels and feather pillows are provided.

Outside, a large enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn, with a patio seating area near the house that also takes in the sea views. Off-road parking is available on site. Up to two dogs can stay, though additional charges may apply, and the property can be combined with a neighbouring cottage, connected via a door, for larger groups. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am.
