Sea & Tee

Sea & Tee is a reverse-level house in Westward Ho!, with an upstairs balcony and an enclosed lawn garden below. It sleeps six in three ground-floor bedrooms. Two dogs are welcome, with possible additional charges, and secure storage is available for beach and golf equipment between outings.

The first-floor kitchen, lounge and dining room centres on a wood burner. A table seats six, while the sitting area has a TV, DVD player and Bluetooth music system. Glass doors open onto the balcony. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with a washer-dryer in the downstairs utility room.

Two king-size bedrooms each have a TV and an en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom has a TV and games console and uses the separate bathroom. One bedroom opens directly into the garden through French doors. A travel cot and highchair are available, and Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen are included.

There is off-road parking for two cars. EV charging points are a short walk away rather than at the property. Westward Ho! Beach, shops and pubs are also within walking distance. Guests receive social membership for the Royal North Devon Golf Club's bar and restaurant. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
