Spread across three floors, this semi-detached house in Torrington sleeps seven guests in four bedrooms: a king-size room with en-suite shower room on the top floor, plus two doubles and a single on the first floor sharing a family bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower enclosure. A further WC sits on the ground floor for daytime convenience.

The ground floor centres on an open-plan kitchen and dining area well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining-area doors open directly to the rear garden, making al fresco meals straightforward when the weather allows. A separate lounge with comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV rounds out the living space.

Outside, the rear garden has artificial grass, a patio with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a private hot tub with countryside views. Off-road parking for two cars is included, with additional roadside spaces nearby. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The Tarka Trail is accessible from Torrington Common, under a mile away, for walking and cycling. RHS Rosemoor Gardens is roughly 1.5 miles out, and sandy beaches at Instow and Westward Ho! are both within 10 miles. The Plough, a short walk away, runs a year-round programme of comedy and live music evenings.
