Lundy View Cottage

Lundy View Cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion near Bideford, about 7 miles off; the cottage itself sits in Great Torrington. Its upside-down layout puts the living space upstairs, with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area making up the first-floor open-plan room.

Downstairs, a double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with basin and WC, and a twin bedroom sits alongside, sharing a separate ground-floor bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The cottage sleeps 4 and is for adults only.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a TV with Freeview, DVD player and WiFi cover the sitting area. Laundry is shared: a washing machine and tumble dryer sit in an external laundry room used by the neighbouring cottage. Electric heating covers the property, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the rent.

Outside, a garden at the front of the cottage has furniture, and guests share access to the wider gardens around the farmhouse. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. Bookings run to a minimum stay of 3 nights, the shop and pub are 1.5 miles away, and Lundy View Cottage does not accept pets and is strictly no smoking.
