This reverse-level holiday home sits in Westward Ho, sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the ground floor, an unusual layout for the style: two king-size rooms each have their own TV and en-suite shower room, while a light twin room can be converted to a super king on request, and a bunk room includes a desk that suits older children or anyone working during their stay.

A separate ground-floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, and a snug doubles as a games room with a PlayStation, useful for younger guests or a quiet retreat after a day out. Upstairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is the main living space, fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with tumble dryer. A gas wood burner adds warmth to the lounge on cooler evenings.

From the lounge, doors lead onto a balcony furnished for sitting out, with views over the Burrows and golf club towards the sea. Down at garden level, a fully enclosed garden comes with its own seating for outdoor meals and a private hot tub. Two dogs are welcome here, with additional charges applying.

Practical arrangements include allocated parking for two cars and an on-site EV charging point, along with wifi throughout. Two travel cots and highchairs are provided for families travelling with young children. Arrival is from 5pm and departure before 10am.
